About Us Inserra Publishing is a publishing services organisation dedicated to the provision of quality services to both new and existing writers.
It is headed by Rose Inserra who is a respected children's author with over 20 years' experience in writing and who has over 60 books in print. Her books are published by leading educational publishers both in Australia and internationally and are frequently sold for use in libraries and schools. Some of her many books have been included in student literacy development programs. As an author, Rose has been listed in the list of Notable Australian Children's Books and was shortlisted for the Environment Award for Children's Literature in Australia. Rose also counts the time she spent as author-in-residence at the Royal Children's Hospital in Melbourne as one of her most rewarding and uplifting experiences.

Rose also works extensively as a freelance editor and copywriter and is often sought out to provide the polish and professional touches to her clients' works.
Rose has been a senior secondary school teacher who has participated in curriculum development programs and has taught in several of Melbourne's top private schools. Rose has been a sessional lecturer at major TAFE colleges in Victoria where her course sessions have always been well received and attracted positive feedback. She also has participated in numerous "Guest Author" visits to schools in Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Rose is an educational consultant for major publishing houses and has developed literacy based early learning programs and tools. She is also frequently engaged as a Professional Development trainer for primary school teachers in implementing creative writing styles for the classroom. "My goal is to help you unlock your creativity and free the writer within" Workshops held at scenic venues such as wineries and olive groves will facilitate the germination and exploration of creative writing.
